EFICEEC Partner Meeting

The next EFICEEC partner meeting will take place between 30 November and 2 December, 2010. The meeting is jointly organized by University of Forestry, Sofia, and EFICEEC. The meeting will be held in Yundula, Bulgaria (approximately 100km from Sofia).

The purpose of the 2nd EFICEEC Partner Meeting is to facilitate a networking platform for developing common EFICEEC activities and future strategies in research, capacity building, and advocacy. In addition, the meeting includes a scientific session and discussion. For the session, each EFICEEC core partner will be invited to present their ongoing or planned EFICEEC research activities. The presentations will be 15 minutes each, with additional 5 minutes discussion.

EFICEEC Foresight

EFICEEC will conduct a foresight session during its partner meeting Nov 30 – Dec 02, 2010. The aim of the EFICEEC foresight session is to develop a vision paper that include national and regional visions of strategic research priorities and trends for the whole Central-East European region for the upcoming 10 years.
